Temporary work service consists in renting an employee to the employer by work agency. The rented employee is hired by Quick Job Work Agency.

 

All responsibilities for administration, payroll and paying remuneration are taken by our company. Our firm is also responsible for the whole recruitment process. In case that rented employee does  not meet employer’s requirements our Agency commits to finding a new employee.

When can temporary work be used?

  • shortages in human resources caused by trainings or leaves
  • temporal necessity for increase number of employees caused by non-standard commissions, stocktaking etc.
  • hiring for trial period as a part of recruitment process and firm development
  • recruitment of complete team (f. ex. building of sales representative network)

 

Temporary work service permits for better management of human resources and easy changes of employment structure in your firm. Therefore, firm becomes more flexible and less susceptible  to unexpected changes on the labour market. Firm has its work done without necessity of taking care about the training, recruitment and administration issues – all it is done by our Agency.
